For what it's worth this type of information is on the web. A little
research will get you breakdowns by region and by educational background.
An attempt to distill an industries hourly worth by comparing salaries only
is a waste of time and will not, as you have seen be forth coming.
Look I'm not here to sell you a time share, or want to know what you DO
with your money.. I am simply trying to define a baseline to go from. And
yeah I would love to take this information to my boss or HR and say"Here,
you see...I am underpaid....redefine my pay scale and PAY ME MORE."
You are talented people,you deserve at least the average going rate. But
we can't do this here UNLESS we all open up and share. What would it hurt?
