You know of all the info and ideas we exchange here, one of the MOST IMPORTANT we have neglected. Until now I hope.
We seem to be a new bread of employee, and as such we have job description that defy written explanation. So defining the bottom line is quite blurred . And the bottom line I am raftering to IS what are WE worth to our employers. I know we all tend to keep this information to ourselves fearing..uh..fearing...um..what I am not exactly sure why. As in all things we do here, our collective power of information is quite strong. So lets share this taboo data too. And if you make more than the most of us, then consider yourself fortunate. BUT if you make less, or QUITE A BIT LESS, then I suggest you take this info to your boss/manager and DEMAND more. So let me start off first and hope all of you will follow and add to this e-mail.
