hi
just learnt to use after effects - very cool program. _but_, if i includ a
video clip that has a pan in it, all the vertical lines in it go dodgy cos
of the out of line fields. has anyone experienced this and know how to deal
with it.
so far i have: tired different output formats, tried the field rendering
settings on off, upper and lower with no change, tried changing the layer
settings to upper or lower fields - no change.
finally i replaced my video clip with a series of picts and strangely enough
when i test rendered a short piece it came out clean, but when i did the
whole composition is was dodgy again.
aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaargh
so what's the trick? just occurred to me i haven't tried exporting a series
of picts from after effects and building that into a clip elswhere. i'll
try that, but in the meantime, any ideas???
