dps perception for broadcast

hi
part of our business is a tourist tv channel which currently broadcasts
a 40minute programme continuously by switching between 2 s-vhs machines.
we're looking at replacing the s-vhs machines with a dps perception
system and playing the programme continuously off the hard drive.
does anyone have experience doing this? any experience with dps
perception? any testimonies/caveats/goodnesses/badnesses and other
comments to make about this?
