What PCI cards and in which slots do you have cards installed?
How much memory do have you allocated to Premiere and much RAM do you
have installed?
Do you have overlapping windows in Premiere?
Have you disabled Ultra on the SCSI card by running the PowerDomain
software? You should also the transfer rate down to 7 or 8 MB/seconds
using the same software.
