It is, however, what the card was designed for. If it's a bad product,
then it shouldnt' be carried... but I digress... You wanted to know how to get
DV editing on a 9500. I believe the internal SCSI bus may be SCSI-2 fast,
which, with the proper drive, should yield fast enough throughput for a
firewire-only card (which would prpbably be cheaper than a dual-duty card).
Check you manual and your specification sheets. I tried to check the
Apple Online Database, but it's currently offline for maintanance.
