This is being greatly revised and a version with metadata guidance will be available next week. It relates to a different model than the one you are receiving.

we're having a committee meeting
on library digitization projects
tomorrow morning so it's lovely
for me to be able to say the info
is on its way.
between my volunteering to work 10-15 hours/week
on this (most probably filling in metadata)
and some hunting around for funds
for a part-time position (Lucia
Snowhill is doing this), we
seem to have a good chance at
this end to move the project forward.
