Dear colleagues and friends,
It is with a mixed emotion that I have decided to retire from the
University of California at the end of June 2009.
I am working with Isabel Stirling, AUL, Director of Public Services and
will do everything I can to make this transition as smooth as possible.
At this time my great staff, Zach Veley, our Operation Supervisor and
John Ridener, our web manager/ GIS specialist and map copy cataloger
will respond to the Rookwood requests, reference and map inquiries.
I wanted to let all of you know how much I've appreciated you, am grateful
for what you have all taught me and hope to cross paths with you in the
future.
Best wishes to the many fabulous people with whom I've had the good
fortune to work
with during the past 24+ years.
