I agree with the other comments.
An additional one: we're getting down to
the end of the fiscal year and there's
not much left in the kitty, so I would
prefer this be either real inexpensive,
or that it be a negotiation that carries
into new fiscal (understanding we'll
probably have poor materials budgets next fiscal).
