Hmmm, I'm pretty sure that was the quote. I spoke with Patricia Gross,
and she did ask the size of the campus.
Maybe the price keeps coming down. I will probably talk to her again
next week and I'll see if I can get
a firm price quote.

it sounded like that was negotiable and they would probably come down if
