Mike, if you have web-conferencing software at your
library, it's more than fine with me for the meeting
to be run out of your place.
Or if you prefer just to make it a conference call
(with each of us at our respective pcs so we can
look at documents/websites as needed),
that's also more than fine with me.
The reason I'm saying this - at the last meeting,
i volunteered that we could
use WebEx - a software i've never used -
because of Larry Carver,
who is now doing almost all of his work from home,
suggesting it. Because of that, Julie, Cynthia and
I had set up a test run date of the morning of Nov 4.
Under the changed circumstances, I'll
now need to request that library pc-support
persons (they do excellent work) to get the software
set up (! and i have to make sure we still *have*
the software - it's a commercial, licensed product -
that comes 1st) and to walk us through a test
run.
I'll do that if that's what Mike prefers.
I am going to have to request the Nov4 test from
pc-support fairly quickly - no later than
probably Monday of next week.
