Hi Calmap,
I enjoyed our UCSMLG meeting yesterday and learned so much, as usual. The
salad was a good choice for lunch, UCI is a great venue, Julia & Yvonne.
Most of you are at ALA today and next week. Before the fiscal year ends I
have these last words as convener/chair. Please look over any action items
from the December meeting that weren't completely addressed yesterday. You
all just read the minutes, so you know which things are pertinent to you or
what we want to revisit on email or at the next meeting.
One action item is a housekeeping point regarding our website maintenance.
We have labor saving devices but we must oil and do the upkeep. Cynthia
started up our website but she shouldn't have to keep it forever. Is anyone
able to take on the updating of the UCSMLG website? Cynthia, would they
maintain it on your site, or move it to their domain? URL:

As the next recorder/secretary I can appreciate how difficult it must be for
Yvonne to get the Round Robin's correct. Send her a written report for the
next minutes while you're thinking about it.
