    For referral, I have posted a PDF of an old issue of the Naval Oceanographic
    Office's Numerical Listing of Charts, which includes cross-referencing
    between the old H.O. and National Ocean Survey C.S. chart numbers with the
    later N.O. number scheme. This N.O. chart number scheme is the foundation
    for DMA/NIMA/NGA chart numbering.
