    Hi, folks -

    Just to help you out a little, if you download the .pdf files for use in
    your respective institutions, you should be aware that you will need to
    have Adobe Acrobat Reader 8 or, if you normally have Adobe Acrobat Pro,
    you will need to move from v.7 to v.8
