    Hi Mary,

    That's a lot of money. I have had a fair number of requests (and use) of
    our Russian Afghanistan 1:200k series. When that won't suffice, I borrow
    the 1:100k maps from you. I'm sure people would be thrilled to get the
    1:50k maps, but I guess I'd lean toward buying the sheets as needed, if
    they were really needed.

    Given that, if people did want to throw in money on this, I'd be game to
    add my $ to the pot as well, given that SU could be included in the purchase.
