Hi Julie, and all,
We would have to join the consortium campus by campus. Our map library
group would be the champions on each campus to reach out to the appropriate
contacts. At UC Davis, Dept. of Air, Water and Land Resources is the contact
department. Perhaps here at UCR, I would talk to Environmental Sciences
faculty about joining the consortium. Or, maybe Earth Sciences faculty would
be more interested. That's my understanding. Does it make sense? If not, I
will invite Amy.

Hi, all,
I'm a bit confused by what it means for the UC/SMLG to join Calview.
I'll read through the documentation to see if it makes more sense for
us to join campus by campus.
Wendie, do we have time to have someone come talk to us about it?
