For part A of the requestor's email,
I did a search on MELVYL and
got several very useful citations
(I've copied and pasted at end of this email).
Just wondering - if you've had this
ref question before, and there's something
not on MELVYL that you have found
useful, please let me know.
Mary

Hi, Julie :-)
A. It looks as if these maps on what the subject
heading terms, "Japanese Americans Evacuation and
relocation, 1942-1945" maps are held by other
UC map libraries, but I'll double-check with
the other persons in the Map and Imagery Lab
to see what I'm missing. I've got an email coming to me
from MELVYL that I'll send on to you with those
other UC map library holdings on this topic.
I'll also check with the other UC/Stanford map libraries
to see if they have anything not yet cataloged,
or perhaps something that is in Special Collections.
I take it you've already seen this Webpage
on Asian-American resources in the UCSB library,
and talked with Gary Colmenar (colmenar@library.ucsb.edu)?
http://www.library.ucsb.edu/subjects/asianamer/asia.html
B. Am I correct in my interpretation that
these maps should be from the World War II time period?
(Am reasonably we'll have some maps of these areas for that time period.)
Or do you need current maps?
