An embarrassingly long time ago, Kris informed
me that I had wrong name for UCLA AUL.
Attachment has correct name - Cynthia Shelton -
and yes, Kris did get Cynthia's virtual signature
before Cynthia moved out of the position.
I'll forward Cynthia Shelton's answer of yes
and Assunta's (SUL) answer of yes so you
can see what we're looking for.
Also, I've got a few other points to nag
us/me-especially about:-( Next week - am
doing evaluations this week.

Thanks so much, Mary! I made one minor correction - our AUL for
Collections & Technical Services is Cynthia Shelton -at least until Aug
1. She'll be the one signing off on this. (Kati Radics is the interim
head of our department.)
Oh and another question - to whom should we send the email that our
AUL's sign off on? Or do they just respond to me that it's ok? I wasn't
sure if they were being collected in one place or not.
I'm so glad too that the position was approved.
I'm going on vacation - until July 16. Once I'm back though, I'll be
getting back in touch with Judy Chao at the County Assessor's office
about that collection. I've been given the ok to do a site visit - no
guarantees about taking it though - but I'll probably be calling you to
talk about some of the digitization options you recommended.
