Here's the email I sent to Patrick
in late January, along with his
response at the top.
I gave him an explanation
of what was involved since
he was at the time relatively
new to the AUL position and
hadn't had to deal with our
agreement before.
If your AUL is familiar
with the Agreement from past
years, you might not want to
go into the explanation that I used.
What I'll do is send him the below
chain of emails and the agreement
as an attachment, and request
that he send me in a return
an email that he as AUL for Info and
Research Services, UCSB,
do an email "signing" of this
Agreement.

Mary, sorry to be late responding. I don't anticipate any problems with
this. --Patrick
