    It looks like being part I we need to
    discuss additions.

    The way I compiled part IIt time
    was that each person wrote the section
    for her/his collection and emailed it to
    me as MSWord doc - then I just
    copied and pasted them all together.
    Worked quite well so we can
    do that again this time unless
    someone has a better method.
