I'm out of money, but I can ask to place Riverside-San Bernardino on a list
for consideration. Thanks for the idea David, Kathy.

    Excellent Idea!

I will purchase Sacramento, Sacramento-Delta, Stockton, and Modesto. That
    leaves the following:

    Fresno

    Mission-Viejo

    Oxnard-Ventura

    Riverside-San Bernadino

    San Diego

    San Francisco

Anyone else willing to purchase some of these?

    Hi Folks,

Below you will find forwarded email correspondence concerning the price and
availability of the high resolution orthoimages as viewed in the National
Map. Since the archiving of the national Map seems to be undecide I will be
ordering the imagery for Los Angeles.

    Hello,
Thank you for contacting the USGS/EROS.
The high resolution Urban Area data can be ordered from us on external
drive. Our pricing policy is as follows:
We charge a flat fee of $995 per drive, (each holds 230GB), and a $5
    handling fee ($1000.00 total)
I have a file that lists all of the cities we have available for purchase
and their sizes. It is located here:
    http://edcftp.cr.usgs.gov/pub/edcuser/klemig/outgoing. The file name is
    UANameSizes092906.xls
Please do not remove this file from this location. Either view or copy
    please.
We are unable to put custom areas on media at this time.
    >From there you can choose which cities you would like on the drive (up to
230 GB) for the total price of $1000.
Please contact me if you would like to place an order.
    Have a great day!
    Kelly

Orthoimages of Los Angeles, CA (2004)

I need price and availability information for the USGS High Resolution
Orthoimages of Los Angeles, CA done in 2004. These have a 0.3-meter pixel
resolution (approximately 1-foot). I have been informed that this data is
no longer delivered on DVDs, but is being sent on an external drive at a
cost of $1000.00. Will you please confirm that this inofrmation is true.

Since we will be doing a prepayment will you please confirm the actual cost,
title under which the data should be ordered, and any other pertinent
information. Thank you very much for your assistance.
