Servicing map case drawers?

    Hello -

    During a recent ergonomic evaluation of our Map Room, it was noted
    that the small wheels (bearings?) on which the map drawers roll in
    and out are getting worn and should be replaced or lubricated.

    Do any of you have any experience with having this type of service done?
