Hi, David - In the FWIW category, I found that I was able to get the block maps for 1970 by contacting the individual map libraries "closest" to the cities I needed. So, for LA, I actually visited you guys; for Atlanta, I visited the UGA guys; for Houston, I actually got them at NASA Clear Lake, etc.
