    Hi Kathy,

    Here are my answers:

    1) Do you offer in-house full sized map scanning to patrons?
Yes, it's open to all faculty, staff, and students. It's quite
    well-used and very popular.

    2) If yes, is it self service or staff mediated?
Both. We show patrons how to use it the first time. They can
then do it on their own after that. We have it password protected and so
have to log them on each time.

    3) Do you charge, and what is your fee structure?
             No, certainly not! It's free.

    Julie
